The sales headquarters of Shanghai Real Estate Group is located in the Hongqiao Financial Center Building. The interior design style is bright and simplistic.        

Considering that the office building has a nice view with good natural light, ATL consultants selected the efficient T5 DALI intelligent dimming system with daylight sensors to form a bright, efficient and energy-saving office lighting environment. A dynamic illumination system was specially designed for the reception area. The light color temperature is easily changed from 2700K to 5600K to create an environment that adapted to the rhythm of the human biological clock, changing slowly throughout the day.

The lighting control system in the meeting room space could also control the curtains to set the scene for conference discussions or for presentations with projections. When the sensor detects no human activity, the conference room lights automatically shut off to save energy.
