Nianhua Bay Guesthouses

There are twenty-five different themed guesthouses in Nian Hua Bay. Each guesthouse had a unique Zen theme expressing varying regional and architectural characteristics.         

The overall lighting design for these rooms was to create a bright, cozy, and comfortable atmosphere. A variety of lighting forms and installation methods were used to complement each of the different interior design theme elements. In the hallways, dining room and other public spaces, functional lighting was the primary consideration, giving guests a warm homey feel. Based on the different architectural layouts, sub-loop and centralized lighting control systems were used to manage the public corridors. These systems could control both the semi-outdoor and the fully enclosed indoor corridor space, maximizing the usage of natural light, saving on operation costs, and offering ease of maintenance.          

The overall lighting design of the guesthouses created a comfortable atmosphere through efficient lamp layout design, classic lamp selection and convenient operation and management.
