Lingshan Buddhist Palace

Lingshan Buddhist Palace is a famous cultural building in Wuxi, China, accommodating tourism, conferences, exhibitions and cultural experiences. The building is 150 meters by 180 meters, with a total construction area of 50,000 square meters.

ATL professional consultants had the privilege of working closely with Hyee Interior Design Company and the owners, Lingshan Group. They adopted the most advanced LED and lighting control technology, DALI & DMX, to optimize the combination of art and technology, carving a masterpiece combining Chinese Buddhist grotto art and traditional Buddhist architectural elements. In the core area of the palace, the super dome of the Altar Hall was illuminated by hundreds of thousands of RGBW LEDs, which created a striking atmosphere.

This outstanding lighting design work won the highest honor in China’s lighting industry, the first prize of CIEC Indoor Lighting Design in 2008.
